Reason why you don't get any errors in Fo3Edit is because Project Beauty.esm is present in your load order. Just remove "Project Beauty HD Version.esm" from your load order and enable Project Beauty.esm. And as its main author I know the Blackened patches have "Project Beauty.esm" as master. I know better then anyone else that Blackened only works with the HD version of Project Beauty. ESM - no idea if that makes things "OK" but figured I would mention it? Oh, and blackened did mention it only works with the HD version of Project Beauty I don't get any errors in either BOSS or FO3Edit reporting the missing. So I don't know where you got that "Project Beauty HD Version.esm" master file, but it's not from the latest version of PB. Both the standard and the HD version of the mod have a master file that's called "Project Beauty.esm". esm that's called Project Beauty HD Version.esm.
